FLCEO is a Florida Board of Cosmetology approved continuing education provider (#0001651). Our 10-hour renewal course covers every hour Florida requires for cosmetologists, full specialists, nail specialists, and facial specialists, and our 2-hour HIV/AIDS course meets the Florida barber renewal requirement. Read the course booklet free, pass the quiz, and pay only after you pass: $26 plus a $1.95 processing fee. We report your completion to the DBPR electronically as soon as you finish and email your certificate instantly. Allow up to 72 hours for DBPR to post the hours. For this 2026 renewal only, DBPR extended the Group 2 cosmetology and specialist deadline to midnight Eastern on November 2, because October 31 falls on a Saturday. Other even years stay October 31.
