IF YOU CANNOT FIND YOUR COURSE CREDITS ON THE FLORIDA DBPR LICENSE SERVICE PORTAL READ THIS

If you could not find your course credits that we reported for you on the Florida DBPR License Service Portal it is usually because you are not looking for them in the place that the Florida DBPR License Service Portal posts the education credits once your license has been renewed. The Florida DBPR License Service Portal is in my opinion confusing on this issue. Because we get hundreds of people every year that call us because they cannot find the course credits that we reported for them because of the way the Florida DBPR License Service Portal posts the education credits we created this diagram so you can see where you can go on your portal account to find the education credits we reported for you.

If you have completed your continuing education credits and then paid for your license renewal fees to the Florida DBPR then your license has renewed and once your license has been renewed you are no longer in the license renewal period that you just completed. You are now in the 2014 – 2018 license renewal period and you have not completed any continuing education for the 2014-2018 license renewal period. That is why you are seeing zeros under the column for completed course credits. If you have paid your license renewal fees you will not find the course credits for the course you completed with our company on the main continuing education status page in the license portal. To see the education credits for the course you completed with us you must look above the area you are expecting to find the education credits and you will see where it says, “View requirements for a different renewal period” and to the right of that you will see a drop down menu. Click on the arrow on the right side of the drop down menu and you will see date ranges of the previous renewal periods that you have done continuing education for. Find the date range of 2014 to 2016 and click on that menu option. That is where you will find the continuing education credits that you completed with us, and that we reported for you. The key in finding the credits is to look at the dates for the renewal period that you are looking for your credits in.

If you still do not see your education credits that you completed with us then you do need to reach someone in our office and let us know so we can do a search and find out why your credits are not appearing in the portal when you are looking in the place that the portal posts them.



IF YOU CANNOT FIND YOUR COURSE CREDITS ON THE FLORIDA DBPR LICENSE SERVICE PORTAL AFTER LOOKING AT THIS DIAGRAM
If after looking closely and reading the information on this Florida DBPR License Service Portal Diagram and then going back to your portal account, logging in and looking for your course credits in the place shown on the diagram then you need to contact us either by phone or by email and let us know that you looked in the place on the License Service Portal shown in the diagram and you still cannot find your course credits when you look in the previous renewal period in your license portal account. We need to know this if your education credits are really not showing up. Please do not rely on a phone message left on voicemail. This is a very busy time of year and voicemail messages left are not a secure method to resolve this type issue. If you cannot reach someone by phone, then send an email to the email address on our contact us webpage. That email address and phone number is also posted below.

LIMITED REFUND: Card transaction processing company’s charge for ever transaction processed including course fee payments, and course fee refunds. Payment processing is conducted by a merchant service provider and not by us; we never obtain your card information and cannot make charges to your card. Charges to a cardholder account can only occur from one thing, by the person entering the information in the payment form clicking the payment form submit button. We have several warnings on our website in strategic locations warning and requesting to not use the back button and then click the submit button again. Duplicate payments occur when the person making the payment completes the payment form, clicks the submit button, and the payment processes successfully, after which the person paying uses the browser back button to return to the payment form and then clicks the form submit button another time. Do not click the payment form submit button more than once. If you have entered information incorrectly and need to correct the information you entered on the payment form, please email that information to us at the email address posted on our "Contact Us" information web page.

NOT REFUNDABLE: Express Electronic Course Reporting Services cannot be refunded because the service has already been rendered and it is impossible to be reversed. Our express electronic course reporting service is standard with our continuing education courses that are not being offered as a promotional course. Promotional courses don't come with express electronic course reporting. To avoid purchasing courses or services that you didn't intend to purchase please read the text on the page that you open the course and course quiz from. Each course page clearly explains the cost of the course fees and the type of electronic course reporting that will be provided for that specific course. By reading the information that we enter on the course page you will know exactly what you are choosing and how much you will be paying.
